I've been in the real estate world for over 10 years and have seen a lot in that time.

From starting in the GFC times where you struggled to give them away, to the frantic market of 2014. What I've learnt over those years and experiences is, you need an agent that will guide and drive you and your property to find the best buyer, not the first buyer.
