Finalists in five categories, Realmark claimed the Marketing & Communication Award as well as being named Commercial Agency of the Year and Strata Agency of the Year.

It’s the second-consecutive REIWA Excellence Award for Realmark Strata, who were selected for going above and beyond in their commitment to managing commercial and residential complexes.
Through their Strata Champion Program and other disruptive strategies, the they have significantly improved their service level, value to clients, and operational efficiencies, resulting in more effective strata management services.
Realmark Commercial were awarded for their focus on striving for "win-win" outcomes, benefiting both clients and their team.
They prioritise partnership development and actively collaborate with developers. This allows them to take advantage of emerging opportunities, provide strategic guidance, and seamlessly integrate multiple services as projects evolve.
Finally, a cornerstone of their identity and value-set, Realmark took out the Marketing & Communications Award for its focus on a challenger brand mindset leading to growth in brand and market share.
