Launching Wednesday 29 August 2018, this 21 day leasing clearance campaign will be available for selected leasing properties on the market and allows potential tenants to easily express their interest, in addition to submitting their offer and their terms that will best suit the business.
The aim is to enable landlords and agents to get a transparent view of what tenants are looking for in their properties and in turn aid the commercial property leasing market.
