In April this year Realmark Elite Agent Transform winner, Sam Bevan will embark on a life-changing
trek to the base camp of Mount Everest to raise awareness and much-needed funds for women and
children in Nepal.

Last year proved to be a year of change for Sam, moving teams to join the Realmark Group, winning
Elite Agent’s Transform 2018 and embarking on the Realmark philosophy towards emotional, mental
and physical wellbeing.

Realmark has a unique ethos within real estate empowering team members, especially women. This
unique culture is the foundation on which original founders John and Anita Percudani established
Realmark 30 years ago. Anita’s passion for the development of women within the industry is second
to none, ensuring the group has the mindset and flexibility to support and empower females to
achieve their greatest ambitions with or without family commitments.

Realmark Group Co-Founder, John Percudani commented, “This is a significant milestone that Sam is
undertaking, we encourage our Agents within Realmark to challenge their mindset to progress in the
industry, this will be a pinnacle event for Sam not only personally but professionally. Over the last 30
years Realmark has contributed significantly to charities and causes that our team feel strongly
about, we encourage the team to embark on giving back time and energy to help those in need.”

“It is so encouraging to see the strong women of Realmark taking on a challenge such as this to give
back, it shows the strength of our team and Sam is leading by such a great example for women in the
industry”, commented Anita Percudani.

However, the decision for Sam to embark on this mission was more than just professional
development, “I have two small children at home and I wanted to show them that they can do
anything with the right mindset. I want them to know that not everyone is as fortunate as they are
and we should give back to help others in need. I have put a lot on hold personally for this
adventure, but I feel it will be the making of me, it will not be easy but I will push through to get
there with the support we have generated.”

Sam will be completing the trek with a group of 11 other real estate agents from the eastern states,
facilitated by the Rotary Club of Milton/Ulladulla and the Seven Women Project. The funds raised
will go towards supporting key projects to empower Nepali women and children, to break the cycle
of poverty.

Realmark embarks on their 30 years in residential, commercial and strata property in WA this year
with consistent leadership by an elite network lead by original founders John and Anita Percudani.
